CEO | Colette Stevenson

As the CEO of The MLS of Hilton Head Island, Inc., the position manages over 20 real estate data services to the real estate agents in South Carolina; facilitating $3 Billion in transactions annually. This is comparative to the largest MLS organizations in the country. This MLS is Brokerage Owned; allowing for focus on the unique Broker and Agent needs in a sophisticated market in order to represent clients effectively.

Compliance and IDX Services Coordinator | Dennis Elliott

Regulates real estate transaction standards (RETS), data feed compliance, membership and vendor audits. He has been with the organization since 2006, previously serving as a Member Services Associate. Before joining HHIMLS, Elliott worked with Marketlinx, now Corelogic, as a Technical Support Supervisor.

Administrative Coordinator | Stephanie Fera

Coordinates A Variety Of Administrative And Marketing Duties, Including Special Projects And Events. She Has Been Serving The Real Estate Industry For More Than Six Years, Most Recently With Ryan Homes, A Nationwide New Homebuilder.

Training and Development Manager | Ginnette Lee

Responsible for conducting, maintaining, creating, and implementing training programs for members and staff. Lee comes from Caraustar Industries in the Upstate of South Carolina, where she held multiple roles that included training and development of 13 newly acquired facilities across the country.

Member Services | Phillip Kent

Responsible for providing support on all technology-based products, maintaining relationships with members, assisting new members and a host of other duties. Kent has a keen understanding of internet technology. He previously worked as a business development company associate and before that, a digital marketing firm. Kent moved to Hilton Head Island to work with HHIMLS. He has several certifications in Google Adwords and has completed numerous continuing education courses in online advertising, e-commerce, and marketing in the digital age.

Accounting Manager | Kathy Garino

As the accounting manager, Kathy is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, state and vendor reporting, annual audits, financial reporting and overall accounting operations. Previously, She was an office manager for a public accounting firm in Atlanta. She has one daughter and two sons.

Experienced Leaders Guide South Carolina’s Premier Multiple Listing Service. HHIMLS is governed by a Board of Trustees. The board is responsible for fiduciary duties and standards of conduct as well as reinforcing the rules of the association. To be eligible, they must be a broker-in-charge, head appraiser or be licensed by the South Carolina Real Estate Commission.
