MEET THE HHIMLS STAFF:
CEO | Colette Stevenson
In addition to being the Chief "Happiness" Officer, the position manages real estate services to the real estate agents of South Carolina and Georgia. Comparative the largest MLS organizations in the country. Colette was formally a marketing executive in the entertainment and ticketing industry and VP of a local developer and custom builder as well as president of an inside group of marketing strategies. While enjoying the privilege of serving the real estate professionals, she may be seen navigating a road course in Georgia, snow skiing, or enjoying a South Carolina sunset with her Husband and her orange tabby cat.
Data Sync Genius | Dennis Elliott
Manages IDX, real estate transaction standards, data compliance, and subscription/vendor audits. He has been with the organization since 2006, previously serving as a Member Services Associate. Before joining HHIMLS, Dennis worked with Marketlinx, now Corelogic, as a Technical Support Supervisor. Originally from Alabama, Dennis is a retired Navy Veteran who has been around the world 3 times! Of course, as a huge fan of University of Alabama.....ROLL TIDE!
Brand Curator | Rochelle Celik
Rochelle creates, grows and implements marketing strategies throughout HHIMLS. She received her B.S. in Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University where she studied abroad twice. Upon graduation she lived and worked in Tanzania serving as Marketing Director for a textile business. After many years in legal marketing, Rochelle brings a keen eye for detail and innovation to our office. She enjoys travelling, reading and Burn Boot Camp!
Training And Development Wizard | Ginnette Lee
Responsible for conducting, maintaining, creating, and implementing training programs for subscribers and staff. She comes from Caraustar Industries in the Upstate of South Carolina, where she held multiple roles that included training and development of 13 newly acquired facilities. Ginnette has her CDEI from IDECC and is a State Real Estate Course Instructor. She enjoys the Lowcountry life in the Bluffton area with her Husband, The Gourmet, their two daughters, and two dogs- Chihuahua and Beagle mix. She is innovatively creative and a huge Disney fan!
Client Service Representative II | Phillip Kent
Responsible for providing support on all technology-based products, maintaining relationships with subscriber, developing new subscribers and a host of other duties. Phillip has a keen understanding of internet technology. A North Carolina Native, he previously worked in a corporate business development and reporting for a digital marketing firm. He has several certifications in Google Adwords and continuing education in online advertising, e-commerce, and marketing in the digital age. Phillip is also a Certified Supra Master User (SMU). The outdoors and good food are what make him tick!
Client Service Representative | Pam King
Pam comes to HHIMLS with 20+ years of Real estate experience at the office admin level, giving her a unique perspective on the issues we work through every day. She moved here from West Virginia with her husband for a job change. They have three grown children, two grandkids, and three grand dogs. all who live just a few hours away, giving them the opportunity to do one of their favorite things- spend time with family. They also love the ocean and the beach, as well as quilting, traveling to music concerts and seeing new places.
Community Success Specialist | Ashton Hayes
Ashton, a Native Islander of HHI studied Hotel & Restaurant Management at Coastal Carolina University. Former local restaurateur, Ashton decided to apply her management skills and knowledge of the area for a career in Property Management and Real Estate. Ashton enjoys her time off with her daughter and their rescued dogs; White German Shepherd (Ava) and Maltese (Sasha). As well as her love to travel, play tennis, boating and working on her golf game.
Association run Residential Communities and Condominium Complexes may update or submit new Community information using the Community Association Info & Update Form. Management Companies and Association Board Members are encouraged to submit regular updates to HHIMLS regarding their association and any changes in fees, bylaws, improvements, etc.
THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Experienced Leaders Guide South Carolina’s Premier Multiple Listing Service. HHIMLS is governed by a Board of Trustees. The board is responsible for fiduciary duties and standards of conduct as well as reinforcing the rules of the corporation. To be eligible, they must be a SC or GA licensed broker-in-charge, head appraiser, company designate, and be in good standing.
